Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 1.5 lb steak ribeye or sirloin, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak until browned, then remove from pan.
  4. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook briefly.
  5. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream, simmer until thickened.
  6. Return steak to skillet and coat with sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with herbs if desired.
