Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix sausage, cheese, and cranberries until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to sausage mixture and stir well.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk and add to mixture.
- Mix until thick dough forms.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Serve warm with honey mustard or maple dijon for dipping.
