- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking pan.
- Cook sausage until browned, drain, and cool slightly.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheeses and cranberries, toss to coat.
- Stir in sausage.
- Whisk milk, eggs, and butter; add to bowl.
- Scoop batter into pan and bake 15–18 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.

Serve warm with honey mustard or cranberry dip.
