- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line cake pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before serving.
