Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut a deep pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each breast with Brie and cranberry sauce.
  5. Sear in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Secure with toothpicks if needed to keep filling inside.
