Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cut a deep pocket into each chicken breast.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each breast with Brie and cranberry sauce.
- Sear in olive oil 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- Transfer to baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Secure with toothpicks if needed to keep filling inside.
