- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in egg, yolk, and vanilla.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in graham crackers and chocolate.
- Spread into pan and top with marshmallows.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden.
