Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, corn, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Top evenly with frozen tater tots.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
