Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup condensed
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Topping
  • 32 oz tater tots frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in soup, sour cream, corn, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Top evenly with frozen tater tots.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
