Ingredients
  

Taco Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion chopped
  • 12 hard taco shells

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook meat in skillet until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add pizza sauce and seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Fill taco shells with meat mixture.
  5. Top with toppings and cheese.
  6. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.

Notes

Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt and texture.
