Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and seasonings over the sauce.
- Roll dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
