Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter and oil until soft.
- Mix sautéed vegetables with breadcrumbs, herbs, cheese, broth, and egg.
- Cut a pocket into each pork chop and fill with stuffing.
- Season chops and sear 2–3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake 20–25 minutes until done.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use thick pork chops for best results. Let rest before slicing.
