Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Finely chop parsley and mince garlic by hand.
  2. Combine parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stir in red wine vinegar and mix well.
  4. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while stirring until combined.
  5. Let rest 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Best served at room temperature. Stir before using.
