Method
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Fold in mini marshmallows gently.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve.
