Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes.
- Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
