- Clean and slice mushrooms. Wash and dry spinach. Mince garlic.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil until butter melts.
- Add garlic and sauté 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms in a single layer and cook 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add spinach and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
