Ingredients
  

Mushrooms & Spinach
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups baby spinach washed and dried
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Clean and slice mushrooms. Wash and dry spinach. Mince garlic.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil until butter melts.
  3. Add garlic and sauté 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add mushrooms in a single layer and cook 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Add spinach and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.
  7. Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
